Barrowclough says that 50% of Field Force's business is instore sampling; merchandising and mystery shopping programmes make up the peace of its services. "You have to be long more outgoing for sampling work, more prepared to engage with people" says Barrowclough. Field Force has around 1000 populace on its books.
