Heading down Miramar's Park Rd a one-time warehouse district, there's not plenteous to indicate you're in Peter Jackson heartland.

There's little or no signage, hardly any street numbers. The enormous older building that will house Park Road support (The Film Unit renamed and relocated from the Hutt Valley), as well as Jackson's admit office, is a full-on construction site with of the present day buildings (including a cafe, an outdoor courtyard out and out with transplanted mature pohutukawa, and an accommodation wing) being added to the composite Needless to say, everything is in succession a grand scale.
